The bandstand must be located between the two shelters. They seem to have a sidewalk or boardwalk along the beach, but the road appears to be gravel.
This picture must be from the late 1920's or early 1930's. The automoblies have roofs now, and I find it interesting the way the automobiles are parked. They backed in to the parking spot. I see men in white pants, yet ladies are still wearing the long black dresses.
The high tide line is really obvious.
