Fairfield Town Beaches
FAIRFIELD BEACHES: Jennings Beach, Penfield Beach, Richards Beach, Sasco Beach, South Pine Creek Beach, and Southport Beach.Open: Memorial Day - Labor Day
As of June 21 all beaches will be fully staffed with lifeguards from 10:00am until 6:00pm
Beach has playground for children, bathhouse and snackbars.
Seasonal Passes: Permanent residents, town employees and property taxpayers may all purchase beach stickers which include access to Penfield, Jennings, Sasco, Southport and South Pine Creek beaches varying in price from no charge to $35. Non residents may purchase beach stickers for access to Penfield and Jennings beaches for $75. These seasonal passes are sold at Sullivan Independence Hall.
Those without the required permits will be assessed the following fees:
Daily parking is available at Jennings and Penfield for $12 on weekdays and $20 on weekends and holidays. These may be purchased at the entrance by cash or check. Parking is available to both residents and nonresidents. in the lots at Jennings, and Penfield/Richards. Parking at Sasco, South Pine Creek, and Southport is limited to those residents with stickersFacilities: Outside showers and concessions are available to the general public. Cabanas, lockers and indoor showers are available to residents and nonresidents. at Penfield Beach. Changing rooms may be obtained for the season (nonresident fee is double that of resident).
